After years of photographing weddings, we noticed one thing every celebration has in common: guests love having a beautiful portrait of themselves. Whether gathered during cocktail hour or throughout the reception, they naturally seek out a professional photograph to remember the occasion.
That simple observation inspired the Z Portrait Experience. We created a refined portrait studio that creates timeless, editorial-quality images while giving your guests an unforgettable experience.
We believe a keepsake should be as beautiful as the memory it represents. Rather than handing guests a loose print, each portrait is carefully placed inside a protective 5×7 travel frame and archival sleeve. Your names and wedding date are elegantly featured on the sleeve, allowing the portrait itself to remain clean, timeless, and worthy of display for years to come.
In addition to their printed keepsake, every guest receives access to an online gallery where they can download their high-resolution portrait to print, share, and enjoy long after your celebration has ended.

FAQ’s
How much space does your set up need? Do you need to be near an outlet for electricity?
We will need minimum 12×12 ft for our set up. Our studio lights and computer set up will need to have access to an outlet. We recommend us being near a wall or in a corner.
What size are the photo prints? Is there a limit?
4x6 prints with a 5x7 travel frame are included. The prints are unlimited, average of 200-250 prints.
Do you require a deposit?
Our non refundable retainer fee is 50% of the total with the remaining payment one month before your event. We do not charge a change of date fee, as long as we have the date open we can switch it on the calendar!
Are you insured?
Yes! We are fully insured and can have COI sent to your venue.
